    Key Responsibilities:

    Design and Development:

    • Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
    • Create engaging multimedia elements, including animations, simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
    • Ensure all eLearning content adheres to SCORM/xAPI standards for smooth integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate learning objectives and storyboards into compelling and interactive learning modules.
    • Work closely with multimedia teams to integrate video, audio, graphics, and other digital media into eLearning courses.
