Role Description:

LINC Education is looking for young and motivated instructional design professionals with up to 1 year of experience in online content creation, instructional design, or exposure to learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle and Canvas. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to establish a solid foundation in the field of online learning and course development.

As an Executive Learning Design, you will collaborate with LINCs Manager Learning Design, our various learning design experts, and university teams to support the development of high-impact online learning materials for our global academic partners. You will also work closely with our extended team of content creators drawn from our pool of LINC Fellows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging, learner-centric online learning content using instructional design models like ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy.

**Responsibilities**
- Transform learning experiences through the learning assets and activities you develop.
- Manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent content research and analytical skills to convert information and learner needs into performance-based, engaging, and practical training solutions
- Collaborates with partners (Graphic Designers, Developers, Videographers) to create effective learning experiences
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards,Sketches, process flows, creative writing and sitemaps
- Design Effective Learning Experience by using principles of Learning Psychology in Learning experience Design
- Mentoring learners for projects, assignments and counselling
- Classroom teaching and facilitation
- Community Engagement for Learners/Mentors in Dtalks
- Gamifying Learning Experiences for various specializations around Curriculum preparation.
- Develop visually and instructional sound storyboards for varied types of content and modes of delivery.
- Designed and facilitate interactive learning experiences
- Strategizing around new curriculum's and opportunities as per market needs and requirements

**Skills**
- Interest in Product/ Curriculum/ Learning Experience Design and Management
- Passionate about learning and utilizing Learning Science Principles
- Managing day-to-day design direction for curriculums
- Effective Communicator with Good Writing & Sketching Skills
