Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or e-learning environments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for online programmes, including setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
