+ Support the use of digital tools (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, data visualization) to improve ecological deliverables.
+ Contribute to the development of habitat mitigation and compensation plans under UK legislation.
+ Prepare and review ecological reports such as Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), BNG assessments, and Nature Conservation (NC) reports.
+ Participate in internal knowledge sharing and collaborate with global ecology colleagues.
+ Support proposal writing and other business development activities.
Key Competencies / Skills
Essential Skills
+ Experience in ecological consultancy or conservation science, with familiarity with UK ecological standards and legislation.
+ Competence in ecological data handling and interpretation.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
