  • Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation within the architectural scope.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in architecture, urban design, and construction technology.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with a significant focus on urban planning and large-scale developments.
  • Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in leading design teams and managing complex architectural projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in urban design and large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
