Job Overview

Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end book publishing process. This includes assigning writers, managing the editorial process, coordinating proofreading activities, and collaborating with designers to ensure the creation of engaging and interactive books. The project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the brand voice and style, creating and adhering to content calendars, developing content strategies, managing team members, and ensuring consistency across all content platforms.

Project Manager’s Responsibilities

● Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements and stay within

budget constraints.

● Collaborate with authors to understand their vision and guide them through the writing

process.

● Ensuring the highest editorial standards are maintained. Coordinate the editing process to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

● Maintain consistency and accuracy in the final manuscript, eliminate errors, and enhance

overall content quality.

● Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of books. Communicate

effectively with all stakeholders, including authors, writers, editors, and designers.

● Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project stays on track.

We’re looking for India-based freelance writers who can conceive, research, and write world-class long-form essays on global football.

The ideal candidate will:

Head of Editorial Content, AD India

Architectural Digest (AD), the international design authority, is looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Head of Editorial Content to work with executive leadership to grow its business in the India. The ideal candidate should have a detailed understanding of the international and local market design industry, its major players, and its audience. This role touches every part of the organization—including editorial, video, social, audience development, e-commerce, membership subscriptions, events, sales, and marketing—with a central focus on identifying and overseeing content that drives the design industry conversation forward while creating opportunities for new consumer and advertiser revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine AD India’s editorial voice and presence, shaping its creative and editorial direction.
