Location

This is a remote opportunity. But the base location of the role holder has to be Mumbai

Role in Nutshell:
 

Product Strategy team is responsible for identifying short-term & long-term opportunities across developer markets & product lines to accelerate Browserstack’s revenue growth & to develop the vision for Browserstack with a strong strategy plan & hypotheses backed by data. Reporting to Senior Manager, Product Strategy, this individual will work closely with other Product, Marketing & Sales Heads.

Desired experience:

  • The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years’ experience with at least 2+ years’ experience in management consulting, Growth and/or product strategy.

  • Has superior strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills, and is capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company and clients.

  • Is integrated into the developer or saas market ecosystem stay current on competitive and market trends, and brings those insights to inform Product strategy

  • Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence. Must be disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels and a global matrixed organization

  • What will you do?

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs and formulate data-driven strategies to enhance product revenue and market share.

  • Lead key select projects or major work streams related to Browsertsack’s overall product strategy to ultimately drive recommendations to the Executive Committee

  • Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and demonstrate bottom-line results including long-term monetization and commercialization strategies

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless implementation of finalized Strategies

  • Take ownership of the entire strategic initiative lifecycle, from conceptualization and formulation to execution and outcome assessment. Ensure that strategies are effectively implemented and measure success against predefined metrics, with a focus on achieving tangible dollar benefits.

    Aufgaben

    Overview:

    The Senior Specialist, Product Management, role will be part of a team responsible for owning and delivering the tactical execution of the development the Ethoca Clarity product. You will be working closely with development teams to create the needed features that will further evolve the product. Vital to this will be coordinating the requirements from Product Managers, customers and partners, and internal stakeholders.
    Role
    Support the execution of core product workstreams. The role may require engaging with internal teams, vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of workstreams.
    Own documentation, QA processes, and regular tracking to ensure internal stakeholders have visibility into progress, blockers, and metrics.
    Lead status reviews, coordinate across time zones, and support go-to-market enablement in collaboration with Ops, Engineering, and Market teams.
    Collaborate with product management, development teams, customers, and other market stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
    Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is consistently refined and aligned with strategic goals.
    Execute product roadmap collaborating within Agile principles managing the backlog and planning the iterations.
    Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, and Data Teams to ensure successful delivery of product releases.
    Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to drive product adoption.
    Be comfortable with data extraction, transformation, and loading to support business intelligence and analytics. Ability to maintain and manage data dashboards would be an added advantage.
    About You:
    Demonstrable experience in product discovery, execution and commercialization, preferably with data driven products
    Experience working with external vendors or delivery partners; confident managing timelines, output quality, and alignment to goals.
    Experience in the Payments, Ecommerce, Disputes and/or Fraud Management industry is a plus.
    Experience and/or knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc.)
    Strong analytical skills and intuition. Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills-you're someone who gets things done and clears roadblocks.
    Strong written and verbal communication; can effectively articulate product decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    Comfort with and an ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
    Openness to learn and apply new technologies, staying current with industry trends and advancements
    Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in Product Management, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent work experience

    CPSO team comprises senior Banking and Credit Risk SMEs along with specialized staff with a broad mandate spanning all of credit monitoring, portfolio management, collateral management, transaction management, credit risk middle office, quality assurance, issues management and regulatory issue remediation. The team's objective is to ensure exceptional outcomes for Citi's clients while sustaining industry leading safety and soundness as regards credit risk management by the first line of defence.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    + Effective Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation by providing testing support to resolve MRAs/CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) and SIIs (Self-Identified Issues) across Institutional Credit Management (ICM)
    + Ensure timely completion of projects within the CPSO book of work.
    + Implementation of best practices inline with established guidelines to drive operational consistency across Business Units
    + Following established governance mechanisms / controls to prevent recurrence of issues
    + Identify scope to leverage new age tools (AI/ML) to optimize processes across the ICM organization
    + Actively participate in Learning, Development and Training opportunities including instructor led courses
    + Support CPSE VoE Engagement, Belonging (DEI), and Leadership scores
    + Travel (less than 10%)
    **Knowledge/Experience:**
    + Demonstratable financial services experience, including 1-3 years in Banking or FI Industry
    + Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and Policies spanning the Credit Risk Value Chain
    + Knowledge of Citi´s systems
    + Experience in preparing presentations for seniors
    + Awareness and adherence to the control environment
    **Skills/Competencies:**
    + Proven culture carrier. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and exert influence with and without direct authority
    + Organizational skills with ability and willingness to work under pressure and manages time and priorities effectively with little to no supervision
    + Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to audiences of varying levels of seniority
    + Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
