Job Description

Handle Student Walk ins at the Centre Follow up on Leads generated through various sources
- Capture Student profile and maintain the same in ES Database
- Counsel and guide students about various study options (India)
- Achieve the target Conversion Ratio to meet Centre Targets
- Coordinate Class Schedule and ensure that the same is implemented

Skills required:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-Driven and Hard Working
- Ability to convince others (Negotiation Skills)
- Patient Listener Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of local language (Kannada)

Weekend working is Mandatory, week off can be chosen any 1 day between Monday to Thursday

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in understanding the course structure, fee details, and benefits of the training programs offered.
- Provide personalized guidance based on the students' academic background, aspirations, and exam goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling background is a plus).

- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to manage student concerns with patience.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet enrollment goals.
- Familiarity with entrance exams such as CAT, GMAT, CLAT, etc., and the corresponding training programs.

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 days a week with rotational off. Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours may be required during peak enrollment periods.
