To support assigned area for Corporate Learning & Development (CLD) in securing new B2B clients for engagement which result into flawless program delivery and revenue generation through Consultative Selling
Key Responsibilities
Program Development:
- Identify and develop new executive education programs that meet the needs of corporate clients and align with the university's strategic goals.
- Design and deliver customized executive education programs tailored to specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and corporate clients to develop innovative and relevant program content.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand the needs and challenges of corporate executives and develop solutions to address them.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for executive education programs.
- Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients.
Faculty Recruitment and Development:
- Recruit and select qualified faculty members to teach executive education programs.
- Provide professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge of executive education.
Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote executive education programs to corporate clients.
- Manage the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
Program Delivery:
- Oversee the logistics and administration of executive education programs.
- Ensure that programs are delivered effectively and meet the highest quality standards.
- Monitor participant satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to programs.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the executive education enterprise.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Evaluate the financial performance of executive education programs.

Brief description of Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with students having Special Education Needs.
- Cater to Pre-Primary referrals.
- Involvement in SEN Admissions.
- Conduct classroom observations and informal assessments for referred cases.
- Formulate and implement Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) for all permanent cases in each term.
- Prepare worksheets and teaching aids for achieving remedial goals.
- Evaluate IEP goals at an individual level as well as through exam papers and review sheets to ensure application of skills.
- Prepare progress reports on the basis of the same.
- Provide intervention for academic as well as need based counseling for referred cases.
- Regularly follow up with teachers to monitor academic and behavioral progress of students. Recommend strategies for the same.
- Guide Visiting Professionals (shadow-teacher) on a regular basis to ensure positive and continuous development in the child.
- Recommend external assistance/therapies as per the students needs.
- Suggest exam provisions to parents as per individual student needs and update teachers and grade coordinators about the same.
- Assist students availing resource intervention during secondary exam invigilation and primary reviews.
- Train grade 3 teachers to implement first level of screening for learning disabilities through BCSLD checklist (Behavioral Checklist for Screening the Learning Disabled).
- Conduct BCSLD and DTLD training of resource staff.
- Conduct DTLD test with Grade 3 students.
- Evaluate DTLD test protocols of grade 3 students.
- Provide feedback to parents about DTLD test results and recommend appropriate plan of action.
- Conduct various workshops for students, parents and school staff.
- Conduct in-house SEN trainings with resource members
- Attend and participate in Resource Meet Tainings
- Conduct vocational guidance counseling for grade 8 for subject selection of ICSE and IGCSE.
- Ensure regularity on important events in school.
- Enthusiastically participate in VIVA and any other additional responsibilities related to school co-curricular activities.
