- Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about Medical/Non-medical (NEET/UG/PG/MBA-Btech) Courses(domestic/International) Levels.
- Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team.
- Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software.
- Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.

- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, courses, and reactions to products.
- Resolving any concerns of students promptly & satisfactorily.

- Experience in Animation Multimedia field will be preferred.
