- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and online pedagogy.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating digital content (video, interactive modules) using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
