Role Description

This is a Freelancing remote role for a Freelance Education Counsellor at Eduaxs Solutions. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing educational consulting, student counseling, career counseling, and communication activities on a day-to-day basis.

Expected Remuneration : INR25000 to INR4000 Per Month

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children.
• Conduct regular assessments of child progress and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities, including play-based learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
• Provide guidance and support to teaching staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.

• Design and develop comprehensive STEM curriculum frameworks and learning objectives aligned with educational standards.

• Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure student learning and program effectiveness.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Manage the curriculum development lifecycle, from conceptualization to final review and implementation.
• Pilot and revise curriculum materials based on feedback from educators and students.

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, STEM field, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably within STEM education.
• Deep understanding of K-12 or higher education curriculum standards and frameworks.
• Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning theories.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in developing digital learning content and interactive modules is a plus.

• Proven ability to design engaging and effective online courses for adult learners or higher education.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
