**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for converting leads, Lead generation and regular follow ups to prospect leads for sales.
- Sell online courses and achieve daily sales targets.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done Achieving monthly sales targets, cold calling.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Details pertaining to lead discussions conversion should be updated in real-time on CRM software.
- Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as a number of enrollments.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.
- Well versed with Microsoft excel and google sheet.
