Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Guide students through the admission process including application preparation, documentation, and deadlines.
• Assist students in preparing for standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.) by recommending resources and coaching support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and info sessions to promote study abroad opportunities.
• Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the CRM/ERP system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management, International Relations, or related field.
• 1+ years  experience in overseas education counselling or academic advising preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of study destinations like USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Dubai, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

The charter for this role will include :

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
• Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest.
• Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for.
• Assist in preparing and filing of their applications.
• Guiding students on the visa process and visa applications

Ideal Persona would :

• 1+ years of experience in counseling students on admissions to universities and colleges in the UK, USA, Germany/NZ, or Canada.
• Understanding of various courses and career options across various disciplines
• Experience of guiding students on the best course option based on the students’ profile and career interests
• Sound understanding of the admission process for Diploma, Bachelors, Post-Graduation diploma, and Masters degrees in the UK, USA, Germany/NZ, or Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

As Reviewer Selection Editor you will be accountable for efficient peer review administration procedures using Scholar One Manuscripts TM, using tools such as PubMed Central to research in ternational experts suitable to act as peer reviewers for cutting edge medical research. Reporting to the Reviewer Selection Lead, the successful candidates will join a team of Reviewer Selection Editors.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

A postgraduate qualification in MA Education, MA Continuing Education Management, MA MEd,

M.Sc MEd, etc.

Knowledge and understanding of the process of journals peer review process.

An interest and awareness in academic publishing, and an up to date knowledge of market trends.

A strong command of English spelling and grammar.
