Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Education Counselor at Kabeer Consulting Inc. located in New Delhi. The Counsellor will be responsible for educational consulting, student counseling, communication, career counseling, and education activities.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Career Counseling and Education
• Ability to work effectively with students and parents
• Understanding of educational systems and programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

* Night Shift will be there

* Saturday and Sunday will be working (6 days working)

• Guide students on UK visa requirements, CAS, and financial documentation.
• Stay updated on UKVI policies and university guidelines.
• Coordinate between students, parents, and UK institutions.
• Support students with pre-departure, cultural, and living-in-UK guidance.
• Promote UK education through seminars, webinars, and fairs.
• Maintain accurate student records and admission trackers.
• Achieve enrolment targets for the UK vertical.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel students and parents with patience and clarity.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Target-oriented with a student-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
• Prior experience in overseas education counselling (UK preferred) is an advantage.
