**Responsibilities and Impact:**
+ **Content Development** : Design and create high-quality educational materials, including lesson plans, online courses, instructional videos, articles, FAQs and interactive resources.
+ **Multimedia Production** : Leverage various multimedia tools and technologies to create interactive and engaging digital content, producing high-quality videos, animations, podcasts, and simulations. This includes scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, and post-production processes.
+ **Instructional Design** : Utilize recognized methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to rapidly develop and publish engaging course content and learning activities that cater to diverse learning needs.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communication, or a related field.
+ Proven experience (3-5 years) in content creation and instructional design including experience creating voice-overs and video tutorials.
+ Solid project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
+ Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for conveying complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
+ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
