? Key Responsibilities:
· Design and format educational books/manuals (cover to content), including textbooks, workbooks, teacher manuals, and activity books.
· Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand and academic standards.
· Collaborate closely with the Content Development, Curriculum, and Product Teams to translate educational content into visually appealing layouts.
· Design infographics, illustrations, and vector assets to enhance content clarity and visual engagement.
· Optimize files for print and digital formats ensuring high-quality output.
· Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
· Suggest creative improvements in layout, imagery, and overall design aesthetic.
? Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
· Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
· Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in book/page layout design, preferably in the K– 12 education or publishing domain.
· Strong understanding of typography, spacing, grids, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
· Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
· Bachelor&aposs degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
? Desirable:
· Experience in STEM/Robotics-based educational content is a plus.
· Familiarity with e-learning platforms, digital textbooks, or interactive PDFs.
· Ability to adapt visual styles to suit different learning age groups.
