Manager, Learning Experience Design (Curriculum & Course Design & Delivery)

Role Description

This is a high-impact academic leadership role that combines curriculum design, industry collaboration, course delivery and student learning ownership. You’ll work with industry experts as visiting faculty to translate industry requirements into practical learning led courses.

Core responsibilities:

  • Translating Industry Needs into Curriculum Design
  • Understand job-role skill requirements from industry across domains
  • Translate those into learning outcomes and curriculum structures
  • Regularly update content based on market shifts, tools, and recruiter feedback
  • Faculty Collaboration & Course Design
  • Work with visiting industry practitioners to design structured, high-impact course outlines
  • Build concept lists, examples, references, and case materials to support each session
  • Maintain academic continuity across rotating faculty and modules
  • Learning Design & Student Execution
  • Design both in-class and out-of-class learning formats: simulations, activities, projects etc.
  • Aid in execution of real-world assignments, live projects, and learning labs
  • Develop and deploy AI-based assessment tools for real-time feedback and adaptive learning
  • Maintaining Academic Coherence & Industry Relevance
  • Act as the consistent learning thread across subjects, terms, and functional modules
  • Ensure alignment across different visiting instructors and thematic continuity in pedagogy
  • Chair industry expert panels for inputs on curriculum every quarter
  • Own the learning arc of each student across 2 years — not just course-by-course

  • People who have a love for education but haven't been able to make it a proper career due to low salaries
  • A Post Graduation is preferred
  • But Graduates with 4+ years of work experience and extreme eagerness to get into education are also welcome
  • People who respect theoretical concepts, are able to apply them in real life business situations and hence can build a course with great balance between Conceptual + Practical learning
  • Business mindset to understand industry requirements, job roles, skills etc and to engage with industry practitioners
  • Excited about AI (Because AI will enable a lot of what & how we teach)
  • Good at staying informed about latest happenings in the industry
