As an Education Partnerships & Success Manager , you will be a key driver of our growth—managing relationships with schools, educators, and parents , supporting the sales and operations teams , and ensuring a smooth and positive client journey from first contact to program completion.
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Preferred Cities: Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

- Develop proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports for institutional clients.
- Liaise with school coordinators and decision-makers to maintain long-term relationships.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both B2B (schools) and B2C (parents) stakeholders.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, prospects, and interactions.
- Communicate program details, travel logistics, and FAQs to parents in a clear and reassuring manner.
- Organize pre-departure orientations for parents and students.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address parent concerns before, during, and after programs.
- Build trust with families by ensuring transparency, safety, and timely updates .
- Identify and contact decision-makers at schools and education groups.
- Generate new business opportunities and facilitate pitch meetings (virtual & in-person).
- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable programs.
- Negotiate agreements and close sales in line with company strategy.
- Coordinate between sales, operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with travel documentation, vendor follow-ups, and program scheduling.
- Support the operations team during peak program periods with ground-level coordination .
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform strategy.
- Gather client and parent feedback to enhance program quality.
- Recommend improvements in sales processes, communication, and service delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience, preferably in B2B K-12 education, inside sales, or client success roles .
- Strong English communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; quick to learn new AI tools.
- Comfort in dealing with both institutional clients and parents .
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in educational travel, study tours, or career counseling programs.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
