+ 3+ years of training experience
+ Experience with large program - organization wide
+ Experience taking training sessions in the past for Lean, Six Sigma. Person should be able to individually take training at Black belt and MBB level
+ Proven large scale improvement projects (e.g Productivity improvement 4k people, cross functional teams)
+ Proven exposure in design thinking, change management
+ Proven ability to drive the certification ecosystem, which means that how should an MBB be termed as certified. A black belt be termed as certified
+ Proven ability to drive the innovation culture, lean certification, Greenbelt Certification for the operations team. Should have some creativity to be able to engage with them and with the larger teams.
+ Proven background of taking training sessions around Lean Six Sigma, Change Management
