Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Develop a Standardized Audit Framework:
Architect a modular, scalable audit methodology (aligned with ISO 50002/ASHRAE/BSI best practices) that guides C&I clients through site surveys, data acquisition, opportunity identification, and actionable recommendation delivery.
Build energy efficiency and Optimisation Frameworks:
Building detailed frameworks for structural and operational optimisation of the facilities (Data centers, IT parks, shopping malls etc.)
Quantitative Analysis & Benchmarking:
Analyze collected data to benchmark against relevant sector KPIs (energy use intensity, PUE, load profiles), using advanced spreadsheet modeling or available power optimisation software.
Opportunity Identification & Prioritization:
Quantify savings potential, payback, and emissions reductions for recommended measures—e.g., HVAC upgrades, lighting, process optimization, on-site renewables, automation, and BESS.
Continuous Framework Improvement:
Incorporate field learnings, tech developments (IoT sensors, AI analytics), and client feedback to update audit protocols and tools for maximum impact and user simplicity.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Energy Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years’ experience as an energy auditor in C&I environments, with proven delivery of quantifiable energy/carbon savings.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of power consumption aspects of industrial systems (motors, compressors, chillers, building management systems) and commercial operations.
- Proficiency with audit tools (e.g., energy loggers, thermal cams, submetering), energy modeling software, and MS Excel/Sheets.

+ Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, encouraging knowledge sharing and effective teamwork

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Green Belt or Black Belt trained/certified certification from a recognized certification body or MBA from a reputable institute
+ 3+ years of experience working on Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects
+ Experience with projects involving emerging technologies such as automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
+ Experience in change management
+ Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
+ Exposure to a US Healthcare account in a previous role or organization
+ Proven excellent proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Proven outstanding quantitative skills
+ Proven communication and presentation abilities
**Preferred Qualification:**
+ Project Management certification / Master of Business Administration / Six Sigma Certification
