Key Responsibilities:
Download and register on the Vathala Health Expert App to access patient appointments and assignments.
Respond promptly to patient requests for home healthcare services.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs.
Develop customized care plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
Document all interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
