Job Summary :

  • Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partners teams/, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
  • Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, fostering hands-on learning experiences.
  • Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Drive the maintenance of comprehensive training records, tracking progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes.


Job Responsibility :

Responsible for Developing Training Programs: Take ownership of designing and developing comprehensive training programs tailored to automotive technicians and engineers. Drive the creation of content covering various aspects such as mechanical systems, electrical systems, diagnostics, and emerging automotive technologies.

Accountable for Delivering Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants grasp complex technical concepts effectively. Utilize multimedia tools, hands-on activities, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.

Hands-on Demonstrations and Practical Exercises: Own the delivery of practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge, troubleshoot common issues, and impart practical skills required for automotive maintenance and repair.

Assessment and Evaluation Leadership: Develop assessment tools and lead evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve training content and delivery methods.

Self-Development and Keeping Updated: Take responsibility for staying up-to-date of the latest advancements in automotive technology, regulations, and industry trends. Drive continuous self-development to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including technical support teams, and service teams to gather insights on training needs. Align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.

Documentation and Reporting Ownership: Maintain accurate records of training activities,

attendance, and performance evaluations. Prepare regular reports summarizing training outcomes, participant feedback, and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Safety Assurance: Ensure training programs adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Emphasize the importance of safety protocols and best practices in all training activities.


Relevant Experience :

Min. 2 yr experience (Degree), 4+ years’ Experience in the Automobile Industry,

Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic Expert.


Education :

Degree in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical).


Skills :

  • Diagnostic experience in Automobile workshop
  • Hands on for vehicle parts removal & re-fitment

- Complete product knowledge in testing, architecture, hardware, firmware, EV Charger controller design, development and testing on EV chargers.

- Good understanding of hardware interfaces like FPGA, ADC/SD16, EEPROM, Flash, RTC, UART, Displays, RF-Modules, GPRS, 3G/4G Ethernet, RS-232/485, I2C, SPI, 1-Wire, CAN.

- Perform hardware / firmware integration testing using oscilloscope, logic analyzers, and other general LAB equipment's.

- Good knowledge of analog (opamps, BJT, MOSFET etc.) & digital design (Micro controller's ADC, DAC, memory devices etc.), knowledge of electronic circuits, power supplies, Power modules, connectors and subsystems, experience with conditional qualification testing.

- Good experience in EMI/EMC, ESD, FCC testing requirement as per the standards, IEC 61851, IEC 61000-4, etc,.

- Experience in testing of wireless technologies such as RFID, LAN, Bluetooth, WIFI products.

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Testing and validation of Hardware development process with knowledge of complete design and life cycle management of EV Chargers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, develop test methodologies, and conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve defects.

- Play a critical part in ensuring the overall quality of hardware subsystems and their successful integration into larger systems.
