**Training and Education**
- Develop and implement electrical safety policies and procedures.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to provide relevant training.
**Emergency Response and Documentation**
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for electrical incidents.
- Coordinate with emergency services and ensure proper reporting of incidents.
- Lead and participate in emergency drills and simulations.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, and incident reports.
- Prepare and submit required safety reports to regulatory agencies.
- Track and report on key safety performance indicators (KPIs).
**Program Development and Support**
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's electrical safety program.
- Review electrical design changes to ensure appropriate safety features are included.
- Provide electrical safety support to construction projects and collaborate with project managers to ensure effective implementation of electrical safe work practices.

The MEP Head will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and maintaining all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across projects. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with Civil, Safety, Admin, and Compliance departments, and ensuring the delivery of energy-efficient, cost-effective, and safe infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and supervision of MEP works.
•Review and approve MEP drawings, designs, BOQs, estimations, and technical specifications.
•Coordinate with Civil, Safety, Quality, and Project Management teams for integrated project execution.
•Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of all MEP systems.
•Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
•Manage vendor selection, material procurement, and equipment installation.
•Monitor site manpower, cost, and resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
•Provide technical expertise and resolve site-level challenges.
•Prepare progress reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.

•B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
•10–15 years of proven experience in MEP design, execution, and project management.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and solar-related MEP works.
•Expertise in interpreting drawings, codes, and technical standards.
•Leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering (as per industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or other design tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
