• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical theory, troubleshooting, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Experience with low voltage, high voltage, and control systems is essential.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions.
