**Position Summary**:
The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising the maintenance and operation of refinery electrical systems and equipment ranging from low to medium and high voltage (LV/MV/HV). The role requires in-depth technical expertise and leadership experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical plants.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
**Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas/refinery/petrochemical industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong hands-on experience with MV/HV electrical systems, including 3.3kV, 11kV, and 33kV systems
- Familiarity with OEM equipment from ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Gutor, etc.
- Proficient in SAP or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of LV, MV, and HV equipment such as circuit breakers (ACB, VCB, SF6), UPS, VFDs, batteries, and chargers
- Maintain and operate power transformers, switchgear, RTCC panels, protection relays, substations, and cathodic protection systems
- Support safe isolation and energization of electrical systems as per operational needs
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Coordinate LO/TO planning and safety procedures during outages
- Maintain accurate documentation, permits, reports, and inventory records
- Lead and manage maintenance teams and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Support during plant turnarounds and T&I shutdowns
**Safety & Compliance**:
- Ensure full compliance with site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
- Prepare Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and HIRA
- Conduct tool inspections, ensure calibration, and enforce safe work practices
- Participate in audits and safety certification processes
