- Perform physical repairs such as replacing screens, keyboards, and other hardware components.
- Perform data recovery and backup operations for customers.
- Maintain and replace internal components such as hard drives, RAM, and batteries.
- Test repaired laptops to ensure proper functioning and performance.
- Document all repairs and communicate with customers regarding repair statuses.
- Provide preventive maintenance and technical support to ensure long-lasting hardware performance.
- Keep up to date with the latest laptop technologies and repair techniques.
