- Flights, accommodation, and meals are all provided on-site.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- WA Electrical license.
- Drivers license.
- Construction white card.
- LVR/CPR within 12 months.
- Working at Heights within 2 years
- Confined Space.

- EWP Licence.

Role Requirements and Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience working in your field
• Australian Recognised Trade certificate
• WA A Grade Electrical Licence
• Working at Heights (must be obtained within the last 2 years)
• Confined Space (must be obtained within the last 2 years)

About the Role
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Offshore Electricians to join our client’s team on upcoming oil & gas projects. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational reliability in a challenging offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and fault-finding on a range of electrical assets.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OHS regulations, and offshore safety protocols.
- Accurately complete work orders, logs, and maintenance reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Skills & Experience
- Australian Electrical Trade Certificate and current Electrical Licence.
- Previous offshore oil & gas or marine experience essential.
- Valid BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS.
- Valid OGUK/Offshore Medical.
- Hazardous Area EEHA Certificate (preferred).
- High Voltage Switching ticket (advantageous).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

These roles offer stable workshop-based work with consistent hours: 10hr shifts Mon–Wed, 8hrs Thurs, with optional Friday overtime – giving you the chance to enjoy a 3-day weekend when not required. This is a ongoing role
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Wire and terminate switchboards and control panels

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the tradespeople to assemble, wire, and install electrical switchboards and switch rooms.
- Assist the tradespeople to conduct testing, fault finding, and repair of electrical equipment.
- Assist the tradespeople perform electrical terminations, cable glanding, and control wiring.
- Read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Adhere to company and client safety procedures, including JHAs, permits, and risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with other trades, contractors, and project teams.
Skills & Experience
- Current WA Electrical Licence or International equivalent or Proven experience working within a switch room environment
- Experience in switchroom and/or switchboard installation and maintenance.
