The ideal candidate will be a reliable and competent professional who possesses the ability to work well across various groups and effectively collaborate across organizational boundaries. Skills will be necessary to implement key initiatives including, Control Plan/Defect Reduction and Lean Service Delivery.
The candidate will exhibit resilience and tenacity in implementing improvements in an established and regulated production and the quality management system.
This candidate will be responsible for Quality oversight for Aircraft Support Agreement (ASA) Program activities at Customer base comprising of implementation of QMS system, incoming/outgoing inspections for both Boeing supplied parts/components as well as those coming directly from Suppliers worldwide into our warehouses, periodic internal quality audits, Supplier performance oversight.
Position Responsibilities/Associated Skills
+ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of defense aircraft parts and assemblies, including their specifications, materials, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in interpreting specifications, and technical documentation related to the inspected components.
+ Inspection Techniques: Proficiency in using various inspection techniques, tools, equipment and processes. Ability to perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and functional tests to ensure compliance with requirements.
+ Calibration Procedures: Knowledge and understanding of calibration procedures for various types of equipment, including measurement instruments, test equipment, and tools. Ability to follow established calibration procedures accurately and efficiently.
+ Calibration Standards and Traceability: Familiarity with calibration standards and traceability requirements, including national and international standards such as ISO/IEC 17025. Understanding the importance of maintaining traceability to recognized standards and ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
+ Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to Aerospace quality system internal audits and supplier performance management.
+ Quality Standards and Regulations: Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations specific to defense aircraft, such as AS9100, AS9120, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-883. Understanding of the requirements for traceability, documentation, and certification of inspected parts and assemblies
+ Audit Techniques and Tools: Proficiency in planning and conducting internal QMS audits as per AS9100D and AS9120B, including developing audit plans, checklists, and schedules. Ability to assess risks associated with supplier performance and internal processes. Proficiency in identifying potential risks, evaluating their impact, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
+ Understanding of the importance of risk-based auditing and supplier management approaches.
+ Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing performance data, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Ability to prepare comprehensive audit reports and performance metrics, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for corrective actions.
+ Supplier Evaluation and oversight: Ability to assess supplier capabilities, performance history, quality systems, and compliance with requirements.

+ Compliance and Security: Knowledge of export control regulations and security requirements related to defense aircraft parts and assemblies. Understanding of the importance of compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and other applicable regulations to protect sensitive information and maintain national security. Effective communication skills to interact with program team members, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the program and quality processes. Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback, facilitate discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

Our newest product offers insights on software companies and is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Financial Analyst (Internal Title: Data QA Specialist) to join our Data Product team in India to manage a large portion of the data cleaning and quality assurance processes for this new product. The Data QA Specialist will be responsible for manually reviewing large datasets of raw financial transaction spend data and helping us transform it into accurate business expense insights. You will verify and make corrections to financial transaction data based on U.S. accounting rules, and youll complete your work primarily using tabular data in our proprietary software. Job brief:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Associate. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable talking to our US, UK, and Australia-based customers who are mainly Instructors, Associations, or students. You should also be comfortable in working with educators, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Note: This position does not require any fieldwork.

Scope for Sales Associate:

Regardless of whether you are a recent university graduate or someone embarking upon a change of career as a salesperson, pretty much everyone starts at the same level as a Sales Associate in uCertify Thereafter, career progression is down to how well you perform in your job.

After a few years of experience under your belt as a Sales Associate, your career will invariably progress to key account management where you will be responsible for managing some of the company's biggest customers or taking responsibility for key products. From here, you should expect to move into a management role as an Inside Sales Manager, then Senior Manager before progressing to Director and ultimately VP.

Responsibilities:

  • Find new sales opportunities via cold calling and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and weekly goals
  • You will be working via phone or internet, there is no fieldwork involved

Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Graduate/PG degree or equivalent

  • Expertise in various streaming software such as OBS Studio, vMix, StreamYard, YouTube Live, etc.
  • Keen observational skills to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teachers and teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate solutions.
  • Familiarity with studio/classroom management devices like Amplifier, Mixer etc. is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
