Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop multi-layer (minimum two-layer) PCBs for various electronic applications.

• Work on power electronics circuits and ensure optimal design for power efficiency and safety.

• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, and component datasheets.

• Select appropriate electronic components based on design requirements and availability.

• Use PCB design software such as OrCAD or Altium Designer to create layouts, schematics, and fabrication documents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, mechanical, production) for product development and testing.

• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and testing of circuits and boards.

• Apply basic electrical knowledge for wiring panels, machines, and systems during integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (4-year course) in Electronics / Electrical Engineering is mandatory.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in PCB design and electronics development.

• Proficiency in PCB design tools (OrCAD / Altium).

• Strong understanding of electronic components, power electronics, and circuit theory.

• Ability to read and analyze datasheets and technical documentation.

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety standards.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Job Title:
Physical Design Engineer (Netlist-to-GDS)

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of
  Netlist-to-GDSII physical design implementation
  for advanced process nodes (12nm / 6nm / 4nm and below).
• Work as
  block owner
  for blocks with 2–3 million instances, handling Synthesis, APR (Auto Place & Route), and Signoff.
• Act as
  block coordinator
  for 5–10+ blocks, identifying critical issues and providing solutions to block owners.
• Perform
  full-chip responsibilities
  for large hierarchical designs (20+ million instances with 500+ macros), including floor planning, partitioning, and full-chip tape out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Proven
  tape-out experience
  in physical design.
• Strong knowledge of
  end-to-end Netlist-to-GDS flow
  using industry-standard tools (Synopsys ICC2, Cadence Innovus, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in
  scripting/programming
  (Perl, TCL/Tk, or similar).
