We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling, soldering, wiring, and testing electronic components and sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), connectors, wiring harnesses, and enclosures.
- Perform soldering (through-hole and surface mount) as per IPC standards.
- Use hand tools, crimping tools, and measuring instruments for assembly work.
- Inspect assemblies visually and using test equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and report defective components or assembly issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain records of assembly work and quality checks.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions and company safety guidelines.
- Support process improvements and help maintain a clean, organized workstation
Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or manufacturing.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in soldering and handling delicate electronic parts.
- Familiarity with ESD safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
