    Your tasks 
    In the business division Special Original Equipment, you are responsible for the global program management of electrical & electronical components for on- and off-highway customers. 
     
    •You maintain and optimize an existing global portfolio of electric components including product lifecycle management (e.g., obsolescence, enhancements, and cost reductions). 
    • You are the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries and product-related issues, managing the support of internal and external resources. 
    • ou monitor the financial performance of your product portfolio, including sales and gross margins 
    • Yo identify potentials to improve profitability while maintaining competitive pricing and high product quality. 
    • Yo develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies to drive business growth and expand market share including marketing campaigns 
    • Yo identify and assess potential risks related to product performance, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.

  • Skills & Qualifications: 
  • You have a degree in engineering or related areas. 
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role in the automotive industry
  • Distinctive experience in international project business and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry. 
  • You are highly committed and have a proactive attitude. Furthermore, you are a motivated team player skilled in communication and organization with a methodical and analytic mindset and show an independent way of working.

The mission of the Space Systems Engineering group is to build, test, launch, operate and maintain a constellation of small commercial satellites. The Space Systems group is also responsible for operating a segment of groundstations to provide communications with these satellites. The satellite clusters and ground segments provide the platform for RF data collection that is essential to HawkEye’s core business.

    HawkEye 360 is looking for a candidate that can quickly interpret complex assembly instructions, work delicately with numerous sensitive spacecraft components, and can accurately document their work.

    As the Spacecraft Assembly Technician, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Perform assembly and integration of flight hardware at all stages of spacecraft development from subsystems up through the full payload and spacecraft bus
  • Clearly document your work through notes within the procedures and photographs of each step you have performed
  • Be able to interpret engineering schematics or drawings to be able to help troubleshoot issues that may arise
  • Quickly communicate problems or questions as they occur to other members of the team
  • Layout and assemble electronic ground support equipment (EGSE) that will be used to test flight hardware in our lab
  • Be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
  • Be comfortable working around electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive hardware
  • Work independently to complete given assignments within the schedule given and ask questions when more information is needed or not all details were given

  • Your skills and qualifications:
    Essential education and experience:

    Job Description

    Job Purose:-

    As a Trainer for Drone Manufacturing and Assembly Technician, Role holder will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip technicians with the knowledge and skills required to manufacture, assemble, and maintain drones. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that technicians are proficient in the assembly and quality control of unmanned aerial vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Curriculum Development:

    Create and update training curriculam covering all aspects of drone manufacturing and assembly, including safety procedures, quality control, and advanced troubleshooting.

    Training Delivery:

    Conduct training sessions that combine classroom instruction, hands-on practical exercises, and demonstrations to educate technicians on drone assembly techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.

    Safety Training:

    Ensure that technicians understand and adhere to safety regulations and best practices, especially in relation to the handling of sensitive drone components.

    Technical Proficiency:

    Train technicians in drone technology, components, and the intricacies of drone assembly, including propulsion systems, flight controllers, and aerial imaging systems.

    Tools and Equipment:

    Teach technicians how to use specialized tools and equipment for drone assembly, maintenance, and testing.

    Advanced Assembly Techniques:

    Offer training in advanced assembly techniques, such as the integration of specialized payloads and accessories, and modifications to meet custom requirements.

    Assessment and Certification:

    Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the proficiency of trainees, and provide certifications upon successful completion of the training program.

    Documentation:

    Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for reporting and analysis.
