Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and run outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting mid-to-enterprise marketing and brand teams.
- Create segmented outreach sequences tailored to buyer personas.
- Test and optimize subject lines, copy, and CTAs for maximum engagement.
Sales Alignment
- Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Build automated nurture flows that keep prospects engaged until they're ready to meet with sales.
- Track outreach effectiveness and optimize based on conversion outcomes.
Content & Messaging
- Write persuasive, concise, and personalized outreach copy.
- Collaborate with content and research teams to incorporate GEO insights into messaging.
- Ensure outreach reflects Algomizer's expertise and positioning in the AI visibility space.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, reply rates, meetings booked).
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Use data to refine campaigns and increase ROI.
Process & Tools
- Manage CRM and outreach platforms (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Maintain list hygiene, ensure deliverability best practices, and scale campaigns effectively.
- Document workflows and contribute to building repeatable playbooks for outbound success.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, outreach, or demand generation.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive outreach sequences.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or professional services.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and GEO marketing trends.
Salary & Benefits
$25,000 – $30,000 USD annually (base), depending on experience.
