We are currently seeking an experienced Email Marketing Associate to help us drive customer engagement, retention & revenue through target email campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage, retain, and convert customers
Excellent hold on Email Blasting
Will be responsible for generating the Lead from the Email Marketing
Write compelling content and design eye-catching email templates that align with our brand guidelines
Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve relevance and engagement
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and inform future strategies
Manage email lists and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing goals
Stay current with email marketing best practices and industry trends
Perform market research to gain a better understanding of client needs
Crafting powerful copy that provides value to customers
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Email Marketing process
Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on grammar, tone, and style
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Sendgrid) and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of email design principles
Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization
Familiarity with relevant email marketing regulations and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion
