Job Purpose

Responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and managing the organization’s employee wellness strategy encompassing physical, mental, and social wellbeing. The role involves designing wellness programs, driving engagement through campaigns and activities, collaborating with internal and external partners, and analyzing participation and outcomes to enhance overall employee health. Ensures alignment of wellness initiatives with organizational goals, supports a culture of wellbeing, and provides data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions.


Key Deliverables

1. Wellness Strategy & Program Management

  • Design and implement the annual wellness roadmap covering health check-ups, EAP, fitness, mindfulness, and social wellbeing initiatives.
  • Drive organization-wide engagement through campaigns, awareness sessions, and communication programs.
  • Align wellness initiatives with business and HR objectives to strengthen employee health, morale, and productivity.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless and impactful programs.


2. Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Track and analyze wellness metrics, participation levels, and program outcomes to measure effectiveness.
  • Manage the Wellness Quotient (WQ) framework, integrating data across physical, mental, and financial wellness dimensions.
  • Generate periodic dashboards and reports to provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage data to refine wellness strategies and improve overall employee wellbeing outcomes.

3. Employee Engagement & Advocacy

  • Foster a culture of wellbeing through consistent communication, floor activities, and digital campaigns.
  • Promote utilization of health services and the EAP through creative, relatable engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to make wellness accessible and inclusive for all employees.
  • Act as a wellness ambassador, driving awareness and participation across the organization.


Role Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Life Sciences, Public Health, or equivalent.
  • Preferred certifications:
  • Certified Wellness Practitioner / Corporate Wellness Coach (preferred)
  • Certification in Mental Health First Aid / Stress Management (desirable)
  • Certifications in Fitness, Nutrition, or Mindfulness (added advantage)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in managing wellness programs, EAP coordination, or large-scale employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and tracking wellness strategies, including physical, mental, and financial wellbeing programs.

  • Support employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.

Change Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive culture transformation and continuous workplace improvements.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to align training and development programs with evolving employee needs and company culture.


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, organizational development, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement employee experience programs such as onboarding, engagement, and recognition.
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and experience management best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, engagement survey platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience with change management, culture transformation, and DEI initiatives.
  • Background in employer branding and internal communications.
  • Experience in high-growth tech or creative environments.
  • Certifications in Change Management, Project Management (PMP/Agile), or Coaching.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
