"EISPL has an opening for an HR Generalist that reports directly to the Head of HR for MG India. This position is responsible as HR business partner for the assigned business group to design, execute and implement HR programs and initiatives in line with the business objectives of MG Global and the overall EATON organization "
"1. Serve as business partner to assigned groups to align HR programs and initiatives with business objectives.
2. Partner with leaders to assess talent needs. Champion talent acquisition; ensure that positions are filled quickly with the best talent, working closely with corporate staffing centers and create Industrial maps of key / critical positions
3. Facilitate the implementation of HR Initiatives for the business basis employee sensing inputs, business needs, global & local HR Strategy.
4. Create two way communication between employees and management, through skip levels, Business group meeting, One on One etc. and take actions as necessary.
5. Partner with local and remote peers including HR Business Partners , Talent Acquisition team , Eaton University and HR Services team and work collaboratively to resolve any relevant issues.
6. Build and develop capability in the organization through proactive and robust performance management and succession plan. Drive talent reviews to enable talent decisions and ensure implementation of subsequent talent actions.
7. Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of Eaton programs, internal HR Scorecards, ensuring quality of process and content alignment with the Eaton Business system. Ensure HR Metrices, Functional Excellence Scorecards, Dashboards are maintained and goals are met.
8. Support and execute comprehensive retention strategies, through progressive HR practices, tools and market analysis
9. Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Encourage maximum participation, coach managers to analyze results, action planning, and implementation of action to drive inclusive and engaging culture for our employees.
10. Promotes positive employee relations and employee engagement through modelling highest standards of ethics and deal with employee concerns empathetically and sensitively

**Qualifications:**
Master's degree from an accredited institution in Human resources, psychology or business administration
4-7years generalist human resources experience required
**Skills:**
Past working experience in a relevant HR Generalist/Business Partnership role
Working in MNC/ Matrix organization required
Experience with Engineering and /or Software Industry will be an added advantage
