Your Impact
- Educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values

Your Experience
- 7+ years Employee Relations experience gained in either an HR Business Partner role or Employee Relations role
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence in a global organisation
- Ability to collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective listener and persuasive communicator with ability to influence
- Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information
- Experience with employment law and effective risk management practices is a plus

Risk Management & Capability Building

Policy Development & Compliance

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Collaborate with Colleague Service Partners, Legal, and senior leaders on CLR matters, including restructuring initiatives Ensure effective communication and smooth execution of organizational changes.
Global Collaboration and Innovate for impact
Work with regional/global CLR teams to harmonize CLR practices, adopt best practices, and influence global/local policy evolution. Leverage technology, data insights, and global CLR practices to proactively address trends and enhance CLR frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-graduation - MBA HR
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years preferably in Colleague Relations, Grievance Handling, Compliances, Organizational restructuring

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Industrial Relations (IR) Manager with extensive experience in managing employee relations, union negotiations, labor law compliance, and stakeholder management within the Renewable Energy sector . The ideal candidate will be presentable , have excellent communication skills , and possess a deep understanding of IR strategies, dispute resolution, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective industrial relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and sustain healthy relationships with employees, union representatives, and labor authorities.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory rules, and statutory regulations.
- Represent the company in labor court cases, conciliations, and negotiations.
- Drive employee engagement at sites and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
- Liaise with government bodies, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation related to IR activities, settlements, and compliance records.
- Manage IR risks and proactively address potential labor issues across project sites.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15 to 20 years in Industrial Relations , preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) sectors.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Presentation: Well-presented, confident, and capable of representing the company externally.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, IR best practices, and statutory obligations.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, Industrial Relations, or related disciplines.
