Data Cleaning and Validation:

1. Implement comprehensive data cleaning processes to eliminate inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplicates in data

2. Conduct thorough validation and verification of data to ensure utmost accuracy and reliability.

Database Management:

1. Take charge of the ongoing management and maintenance of our database, ensuring it stays up-to-date and optimized.

 2. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve any data-related issues promptly.

Data Analysis and Enhancement:

1. Analyze intricate data sets to unearth trends, patterns, and anomalies that contribute to informed decision-making.

2. Apply advanced data enhancement techniques to elevate the quality and usability of our data, ensuring it meets evolving industry standards.

Reporting:

1. Create Data Dashboard and share project report as per request

2. Support stakeholders for decision making through various data analysis and reports

Mandatory Skills:

1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting

About the Program

GROW is our skill development initiative for young Indians from low-income households. GROW centers address the vast disconnect between the demand and supply of skilled human resources. A 60-days training program on Core Employability Skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude ensures that there is a significant skill shift among trainees. Trainees are provided with placement opportunities after the training.

Responsibilities:

1 Training aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness – all session material will be provided)

2. Publishing and following the Training plan/calendar of the center.

3. Support in conducting assessments of the aspirants.

4. Post-placement counselling of aspirants

5. Networking with guest lecturers/industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module

6. Handholding aspirants at the workplace (for a short duration) after placement.

7. Supporting center in other works as and when required.

• Lead interactive sessions on strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

• Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners strengthen specific skills like strategic thinking, communication & leadership skills.

2. Research & Collaborate

• Tailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals.

• Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs.

3. Assessment & Feedback

• Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

• Report on performance and suggest further training if needed.

4. Support & Guidance

• Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners.

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences.

5. Professional Development

• Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques.

• Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team.

Essential Skills

• Deliver daily in-person classroom training on programming and/or full-stack development.
• Design, develop, and implement learning activities, materials, and resources that align with industry standards.
• Provide personalized learning experiences by understanding student needs and delivering tailored support throughout the program.
• Actively assist and resolve student queries and issues promptly, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvements based on student feedback and industry trends.
• Continuously develop and demonstrate a teaching philosophy that inspires student learning.
• Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Handle a class size of 70-100 students, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes.
• Stay current with professional development in both pedagogy and software development practices.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree (M.Tech) in CSE, IT,(Technical Background) will be an added advantage.
• Having teaching or training experience in Computer Science is an added advantage.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success.
• Alignment with NxtWave’s vision and culture.

Skills

Must-Have:

• Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript programming languages. Knowledge of additional programming languages is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. (Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack is a plus).
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms to interact with students.
• Empathy, ambition, and the ability to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter, industry standards, and best practices in software development.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles & requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset.
• Openness to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
• A sense of ownership, initiative, and drive for delivering high-quality teaching outcomes.

Job Overview:

• Working days: 6 days a week
• Type of employment: 2 Months Training + Employee
• CTC: Up to 25,000 Rs During Training + 5.6LPA - 10 LPA (After training based on the performance)
