- Assisting in dealing with disciplinary action cases across all regions. This includes vetting and reviewing a Letter Calling for Explanation, charge sheets, enquiry reports, final orders, etc. in a timely manner.
- Assisting the stakeholders in handling and completion of cases under POSH policy matters. This includes drafting and reviewing of POSH Orders and preparing the minutes of the meetings within the stipulated timeline.
- Advising the relevant stakeholders (HR, Vigilance team etc.) on queries related to employment law and disciplinary matters.
- Assisting in managing cases related to labour law and employment law against the Bank by advising and researching on various attributes of the case.
- Providing legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws including CLRA, gratuity, ESI, PF, bonus and other such laws.
- Vetting policies and other employee-related legal documents forwarded by HR or other department/stakeholders.
- Assisting the legal team in appearing/presenting before various labour courts, tribunals and other forums for cases filed against the bank in relation to employee disputes or other labour-related matters.
Qualification
:
Should be a graduate in Law from a recognized university
Experience
:
Minimum 2 Years PQE preferably at a law firm/ legal or HR Department of a Banking Company/NBFC/financial institutions
