Job Summary:

The Business Development Lead – South India will be responsible for expanding Enerparc Power

Trading’s customer and generator portfolio, with a balanced focus on power exchange trades and OTC/bilateral contracts. The role involves acquiring new clients, structuring PPAs, engaging with regulators and utilities, and driving cross-selling opportunities across Enerparc India’s offerings (IPP, EPC, O&M, BESS, and Green PPAs). Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client & Generator Acquisition

•    Onboard new customers (C&I, DISCOMs, Captive Users) and renewable generators for both power exchange trades and OTC/bilateral contracts .

•    Build long-term relationships with clients, focusing on structured PPAs, open access, and bilateral arrangements.

2. Trading & Deal Origination

•    Originate and solicit trades for Power Exchanges (Day Ahead, Term Ahead, RTM, G-TAM) and OTC markets.

•    Drive bilateral and medium/long-term trading opportunities in South India.

•    Support structuring of customized deals including green attributes (RECs, I-RECs, Carbon Credits) .

3. Market Development & Strategy

•    Track market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory updates (SERC, CERC, SLDC/RLDC).
