About the Role
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategy for a portfolio for a financial services client. This leadership role requires deep knowledge in technology and data management with financial expertise, exceptional client management, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of consultants. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships while helping to identify potential business opportunities for Straive within existing engagements. Responsibilities

- Consulting Engagement leadership: Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of consulting projects, from initial assessment and strategy development to implementation and post-engagement review. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- A fulltime MBA from a top tier institute.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in tech leadership or management consulting, preferably with a background in banking, financial services, or fintech and interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.
- Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance related module is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing junior talent.
