Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years (with Btech) or 1-2 years (with Mtech) of experience in Post-Silicon Physical Layer Electrical Validation
Deep Physical Layer electrical validation experience on AT LEAST ONE High speed SERDES protocol like PCIe, USB, DP, ethernet, SRIO, JESD204, DDRIO etc
Strong hands on Experience in using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT) etc
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing small teams (at least 2 members and above)
Experience leading the complete post silicon validation efforts for at least one full project
1-2 years of experience in FPGA Design, PCB schematic and layout design & Prototyping
Pre-Silicon IP/SoC Physical Layer Electrical Validation experience related to board bring-up & Debug.
Familiarity with Verilog RTL coding, FPGA coding, Labview, python, C/C++, TCL
Experience conducting hiring interviews and mentoring new hires
BE/BTech/ME/MTech or equivalent

**Education and Experience**
+ A 4-year degree in a relevant engineering field is required (i.e., Mechanical, Industrial & Production, Biomedical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, and Instrumentation).
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience leading/supporting product development projects in Mechanical composition using CAD/CAE, Chemical Engineering, and Plastics.
Knowledge
+ Exposure to CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PRO-E, etc.).
+ Experience with implementing product changes through a structured, phase-gated product development process is desired.
+ Good understanding of medical device product development risk management methodologies (EURA, FMEA, etc.).
**Skills**
+ Demonstrated first principles engineering and build skills (CAD/CAE).
+ Ability to analyze, coordinate, and present large amounts of data clearly and concisely.

+ Good knowledge on test mode timing constraints
+ Good knowledge about running block level and chip STA flows.
+ Cross domain knowledge to resolve DFT issues with design, synthesis, physical design, STA team.

**Job Description Summary :**
The Project Management-Engineering Jr. Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the oversight of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role typically involves coordinating project activities, supervising junior staff, and providing administrative support to project managers. The Jr. Supervisor also helps with the development of project plans, schedules, and reports, and may be involved in the procurement of materials and services. Effective communication, organizational skills, and a foundational understanding of engineering principles are key to this position.
**Responsibilities:**
+ To liaise between sales team (Technical Sales Engineer), Application Engineering team (Application Engineer) and Project Manager towards project execution activities.
+ Gather all technical information by studying and comparing the bid specification and techno-commercial offer and provide technical support during different phases of projects like design, procurement, fabrication, and execution.
+ Ensure sales engineering handoff to project order execution team by incorporating application engineering data into BOM, general arrangement drawings and operation & maintenance manuals.
+ To Interact with the design engineering team on the design of Circular Clarifiers, Orbal and Chain and Scrapper. Ensure that the design (3D models, GA and fabrication drawings) meets the customer specifications. Taking care of customer submittals like, GA drawings, BOM and operation & maintenance manuals.
+ To Coordinate with technical writer for preparation of operations and maintenance manuals, product literature, animation and video training.
+ Performs calculations associated with equipment sizing.
+ Interface with manufacturing team and external suppliers for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.
+ Supports the Sales & Marketing department for creating drawings using the design team during pre-bid stage.
+ Use SAP for part creation and bill of material (BOM) creation.
+ Handling submittals, BOM review, Buyout Order placement, Shop Coordination and Site Coordination
+ Work with technical sales engineer, application engineer, product engineer and project manager to resolve any clarification.
+ Able to develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including product design specifications, drawing library, purchase items list, approved vendor list as per project need etc.,
+ Coordinate with USA Project / Process team for understanding customer requirement and communicating the same to design team for detail engineering activities. Organize project kick off meeting and record the meeting minutes.
+ Submit the project deliverables within the project schedule. Keep track of project deadlines, set priority as per Project manager's target submittal date and submit reports on daily / weekly basis.
+ Ensure standards and project requirements are met through conducting design review meetings.
**Communication and Collaboration:**
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and departments.
- Ensure all project stakeholders are informed and involved in decision-making processes
- Identify and resolve any communication barriers or conflicts that may arise during the project.
**Risk Management:**
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and track identified risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Regularly review and update risk management plan to ensure project success.
**Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare and present progress reports to upper management.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and easily accessible for future reference.
**Academic and Professional Requirements:**
+ BE., / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field from reputed institute.
+ 5 to 10 years of experience in project execution and coordination with disciplines like sales, engineering, planning, procurement, and manufacturing for manufacturing and delivery of medium to large-sized municipal water/wastewater treatment equipment.
+ Experience in project execution, monitoring, coordinating with sales, engineering, planning, procurement & manufacturing and delivery of circular clarifiers and other process equipment related to water and wastewater treatment plants.
+ self-driven and willingness to take on new challenges. Positive attitude, focus on quality and delivery of project within the given schedule and budget.
+ Hands on experience in using MS Office package, Excel spreadsheet, MS word and Power point, in preparing project support documents and reports.
+ Exposure to review of the design and drawings in Autodesk inventor / AutoCAD will be added advantage.
+ Candidates from water and wastewater treatment equipment design having knowledge in process equipment like circular clarifiers, SBR, Aerators etc., will be preferable.
+ Study of proposal, gather information from Application Engineering team / Technical Sales Engineering team to develop the project submittal documentation in line with the technical / contractual requirement.
+ Having good understanding of process flow diagram, Process & Instrumentation drawings (P&ID's), plant layouts, equipment GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and civil outline drawings.
+ Know-how in selection of all types of electromechanical equipment and instruments will be an added advantage.
+ Know-how in hydraulic calculation, mass balance, pipe sizing, head loss / pressure drop calculation will be an added advantage. Able to review engineering deliverables like drawings and documents and provide comments.
+ Capable of supporting multiple projects and meet the delivery schedules. Communicate effectively with project managers, and other departments to support project execution.
+ Experience in working with international teams towards project execution will be an advantage.
+ Good communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with international teams; Extra miler / self-driven to meet the commitments / goals. Be analytical and problem solving. Communicate in a precise way, give, and accept constructive feedback.
+ A 'can-do' attitude in responding, leading, and effecting changes. Be truthful and act with integrity and deliver on promises.
