Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is a 12 months initial contract with further extensions possible, based on funding and approval.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Analysis of requirements and existing applications.
- Creating new, and updating existing design artefacts with proposed changes.
- Creating new, and updating existing User Interfaces using C# .Net, VB6, Angular, Oracle 11g/12c/PL-SQL.
- Creating new, and updating existing Interfaces REST API, WCF.
- Creating new and updating existing pipelines YAML, Octopus Deploy.
- Undertaking general DevOps tasks (Group Policy, Citrix Management, PowerShell scripting as required).

Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced,baseline cleared, Program Scheduler to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex, multi-project programs.
This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising integrated project schedules that support strategic outcomes across the program lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and sharp analytical capabilities to ensure effective resource allocation and timely achievement of key milestones.
Key duties include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the program manager and project managers to continually monitor and update programs and projects to ensure they are maintained, agreed milestones are met and resources are utilised effectively.
- Formulate & develop advanced scheduling methodology that gives continual work flow for the overall work programs.
- Ensure the Master Schedule for the program / projects is maintained.
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies and resource allocation.
- Assist in validating and tracking project delivery activities.
- Ensure that scheduling operates in accordance with management systems.
- Collaborate with program manager and project managers to create schedules and ensure proper planning is completed prior to the commencement of work.
Essential Criteria include but not limited to:
- Proven experience in program or project scheduling within complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling tools and an ability to analyse and interpret resource data, and generate actionable insights.
- High level ability to work to deadlines while managing multiple tasks of differing priority.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2).
- Experience in governance and compliance related to scheduling and resource management.

- You will be responsible to design and develop Azure-based data and analytic solutions and platforms.
Essential criteria
- 3+ years of experience in Data Development;
- Perform detail design based on high level architecture; Experience in detailed design for data integration on Azure cloud data services including ADLS, SQL DB, data lake Synapse and blob storage;
- Solid experience developing complex ETLs based on SSIS and customised coding C#, .net or vb.net Development experience with Power BI (stored procedure, DAX, functions, views);
