Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist process engineers in analyzing existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the design and development of new processes or modifications to existing ones.
- Gather and analyze data related to process efficiency, output, and quality.
- Help in creating process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other technical documentation.
- Participate in process troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
- Learn to use process simulation software and tools.
- Conduct research on new technologies and methodologies to enhance process performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all process-related activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and process analysis.
- Familiarity with process flow diagrams and manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior internship experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
