What you will work on

· Lead a talented engineering team & build/enhance the technology platform for agriculture insurance

What we look for :

· Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality technology components with a minimum of 8 years of experience preferably in Java, Spring Boot and JPA.

· Integration experience preferably using Kafka, Camunda and distributed caching is a nice to have.

· Deep knowledge in selecting, configuring and integrating 3rd party SaaS or COTS solutions as well as coordinating the development of such solutions

· Technical skills include Hands-on development on Java, Python, or NodeJS

· Strong SQL skills and experience and experience with relational and non-relational databases e.G. (Postgres/Oracle/Mongo).

· Broad experience in building interfaces between (cloud) solutions (Azure/AWS), API management and development.

**A Day in the Life**

+ Designing and developing software for complex electromechanical software systems, including embedded software development as well as RTOS, distributed computing, software Infrastructure, etc.
+ Collaborating and managing software projects in both Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies.
+ **Technical Expertise** : Proficient in Embedded C++ (Version 11+) RTOS environments (QNX, Linux), and object-oriented design. Skilled in troubleshooting on embedded targets and applying design patterns.
+ **Leadership & Management** : Proven track record managing global R&D teams, driving concurrent software releases using Agile/Waterfall, and ensuring compliance with global medical regulatory standards.
+ **Regulatory & Process Knowledge** : Deep understanding of design controls, ISO 13485/14971, validation, verification, and GDP. Experienced in process optimization, establishing software metrics, and fostering turnkey engineering solutions.
+ **Industry Experience** : Prior leadership roles in large MNCs; budgetary and departmental oversight; expert in medical device or regulated industries.
+ **Project Execution** : Strong program and technology management skills with successful execution of complex engineering projects involving globally dispersed teams.

+ The candidate should have a good knowledge of Analog Design Flow, Analog Design Environment, Virtuoso Schematic Editor and Virtuoso Layout Features & SKILL language
+ This position requires an engineer who is passionate about learning, identifying complex customer problems, and providing solutions
Experience and Technical Skills required
+ 18+ years' experience in Analog layout design, methodology, and automation.
+ Should have experience in the deployment of the latest innovations in the analog design domain with leading partners or customers
+ The candidate should have experience in scripting using SHELL, Perl, SKILL
Qualifications
+ BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics
Behavioral skills required
+ Must possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
+ Ability to establish a close working relationship with both customer peers and management
+ Explore what's possible to get the job done, including creative use of unconventional solutions
