We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Emergency Department (ED), Evaluation & Management (E/M) Outpatient/Inpatient (OP/IP) coding. The SME will be responsible for ensuring coding accuracy, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and supporting training and audit functions. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Perform high-level coding reviews for ED and E/M OP/IP encounters

- Ensure high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization
- Work with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
- Conduct deep dive analysis on the handled issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to prevent future failure
- Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution
- Support the launches of new programs, categories and features
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
- Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
- Experience in design and execution of analytics projects
