**Qualification:**
+ Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
+ MBA in Supply Chain is preferred
**Experience:**
+ 5-8 yrs of experience in CPG production/planning
+ Knowledge of machines and equipment used
+ Ability to identify and quickly resolve equipment issues on shop floor
+ Knowledge of risks in case of equipment issues and risk mitigation actions
+ Has experience in operational implementation
+ Has got exposure of at least 3 years in manufacturing excellence
