**Qualification:**
+ Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
+ MBA in Supply Chain is preferred
**Experience:**
+ 5-8 yrs of experience in CPG production/planning

· Providing strategic engineering consultancy and direction for maintenance, projects, and automation.

· Leading the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks.
· Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting sustainability and innovation initiatives.

· Drive standard maintenance practices (including preventive and predictive) across all TMUs.
· Evaluate and recommend best-in-class engineering practices and systems for adoption.
· Identify and support engineering automation and improvement projects, from ideation to implementation.
· Evaluate technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed projects.
· Provide expert support for critical breakdown resolution and reliability improvement.
· Guide TMUs to achieve 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory engineering norms.
· Standardize documentation processes for maintenance, asset history, utilities usage, and licensing.
· Assess skill gaps and roll out technical capability-building initiatives for engineering teams at all TMUs.
· Promote a safety-first mindset and mentor teams on engineering safety standards.

**How you'll spend your day**
+ Operation and maintenance of HVAC & Compressed air system & Nitrogen plant. + Upkeep the Equipment availability by analysing and reducing the breakdowns and performing the Scheduled maintenance activities.
+ Leads work area in his shifts and ensures personal safety and also make ensures the whole execution activity would be performed as per site safety compliance and procedures.
+ Monitor and take care the contractor safety and induction, also routine evaluation of safe practices.
+ Work in ERP, and other QMS software's.
+ Keep the facility in good condition (5S) with proper building maintenance.
+ Responsible to work in shift all the Shifts.
+ Execute activities & deliverables, and prepare required reports as per the direction of manager.
+ Execute GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation.
+ Also has to take care the operation and maintenance of Remaining utilities like Chillers, hot water pumps, cooling towers, Boilers, Water systems, ETP, Fire pump house, Electrical systems, safety compliance activities, Building maintenance of non-manufacturing area.
+ To work as per cGMP guideline and upkeep the HVAC facility and all time readiness for audit.
+ Identifying the critical spares, consumables for the service floor area and keep them in stock.
+ Executing of periodical servicing, annual maintenance and other Engineering related works

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on all electrical systems and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies, ensuring rapid resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of electrical components, motors, control systems, and power distribution units.
  • Install and commission new electrical equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize production disruption during maintenance activities.
  • Recommend upgrades or modifications to electrical systems to enhance performance and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution, motor control, PLCs, and instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and electrical codes (e.g., relevant Indian Standards).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required for maintenance emergencies.
