Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology and engineering roles, from initial client briefing to successful candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates using a variety of methods, including professional networking sites, databases, referrals, and targeted search campaigns.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks, to evaluate suitability for client roles.
- Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed insights into their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and salary benchmarks within the technology and engineering sectors.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing best practices and expertise in recruitment.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional, efficient, and effective service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on placing candidates in technology and engineering roles.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets within the IT and engineering domains.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a competitive environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized approach to recruitment.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
