- C# developer with experience in data intensive web application

- Team Co-Ordination - Issue and Task prioritization, ensure fixes provided by the team resolves 100% of the identified issues.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Communicate with clients / onsite team on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines, and end results of the sprint
- Perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required
- Implement project applications according to specifications
Required Skills
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration
- Expertise with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET/ .Net core / Azure development
- Proficient in JS
- Good experience with C#/ RESTful Services/WCF/API/LINQ/XML/JSON
- Good experience in MS SQL Server
- Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD)
- Experience in data migration

This role is crucial in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT and Engineering talent for a variety of clients across different industries. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and developing sourcing strategies to candidate engagement, interviewing, and closing offers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical recruitment, a deep understanding of the IT and Engineering landscape, and a proven track record of successfully filling complex roles. Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach, is essential. You will need excellent assessment skills to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, soft skills, and cultural fit. This is a remote-first position, requiring strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates is paramount. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and possess a consultative approach to recruitment. Success in this role hinges on your ability to attract passive candidates and guide them through a smooth hiring process. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed feedback and insights.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and client satisfaction metrics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for IT and Engineering positions.
- Expertise in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of IT and Engineering domains, technologies, and skill sets.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
