Role Summary:
The Head - Project will oversee the construction, fit out of new showrooms & related works and ensure adherence to launch plan. He would lead the Project's/ Interior's team at Khazana. He would work closely with both senior management and his team of site engineers to ensure on-time execution of expansion plans.
Key responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of Head - Project would include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for coordinating and obtaining GFC for project sites.
- Coordinate with all the internal stakeholders for internal approvals pertaining to design, materials to be used, QS reports on material quantity and related costs.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with the approved parameters of the management.
- Responsible for both civil and interiors related to all offices/branches and showrooms of the company for either renovation or new construction.
- Responsible for timely execution of projects across multiple locations.
- Co-ordinate with Architect to develop store layout & work closely with senior management to finalize the layout
- Plan manpower allocation to all sites for construction.
- Review progress on a routine basis along with the team.

JOB PURPOSE:
Supervision and technical direction to hourly, salaried, and management personnel engaged in design, development or research activities related to a single technology, component, product, or process which accomplish product maintenance and new product introduction objectives.
JOB DUTIES:
Reporting to this position are various levels of engineers, technologists, and support personnel in one geograhic location. The supervision role accounts for up to 100% of this assignment.
