Purpose:
SSA is responsible for connecting with potential students for generating maximum footfalls in the centers
Performance Metrics:
- Completing daily target of calls (minimum 200 - inbound & outbound)
- Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins
- Follow up in optimum TAT
Key Responsibilities:
- mails/phones)
- Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions
- Follow up calls for payments from students as per the due date
- Achievement of the individual and centre target
**Profile**:
- Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Should be fluent in English, Local language knowledge preferred but not
mandatory
- Clear diction and clarity in speech
- Good at computers
- Experience in Educational Counselling is preferred (People with call center
background preferred)
- Should be a team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated fresher psychologist to join our dynamic Student Support Services & Outreach team at HKBK Group of Institutions. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Master&aposs degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or a related field.
· Eligibility for or possession of relevant counselling certifications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
· Understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality principles in counselling.

Responsibilities
1. Counselling Services:
· Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students addressing academic, personal, and emotional concerns.
· Conduct psychological assessments to understand and support students; mental health needs.
· Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
2. Outreach Programs
· Assist in the development and implementation of outreach programs aimed at promoting
· mental health awareness and overall well-being within the student community through 9 student clubs.
· Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics related to stress management
3. Crisis Intervention
· Respond promptly to crisis situations and provide immediate support to students facing emotional or psychological distress.
· Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address critical incidents affecting students.
4. Documentation and Reporting
· Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and interventions.
· Prepare periodic reports on counselling activities, outreach initiatives, and student engagement.
5. Professional Development
· Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in counselling psychology.
· Seek supervision and guidance as needed to enhance counselling skills.
