Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of new products and services in collaboration with the business and IT.
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Maintain vulnerability management processes and policies using a risk-based priority methodology.
- Collaborate with the various teams and platform owners on all vulnerability management and reporting.
- Ensure departmental alignment to security standards and strategy.
- Maintain vulnerability management processes and policies using a risk-based priority methodology.
- Communicate vulnerabilities, solutions, and enterprise trends to all levels of an enterprise – both technical and non-technical resources

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise.

Required Skills
- Extensive experience with a wide range of infrastructure technologies, such as but not limited to Linux, Windows, High-performance computing, storage platforms, networking, cloud computing, cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.), virtualization, OpenStack, containerization, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data governance, infrastructure, applications, and cloud solutions
- Strong knowledge and experience in Information Architecture, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Solution Architecture, CMDB/CSDM.
- Proficiency in defining and refining the Architectural strategy and governance activities.
- In-depth knowledge on security hardening and CIS standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams across different domains, such as infrastructure, SRE, or similar areas.
- Experience with ITAM, Service Mapping, and CMDB (service-now)
- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage deeply on technical topics related to cloud infrastructure, software reliability, and operational practices.
- Proven experience in IT operations, DevOps, or a similar role, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Proficiency in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and frameworks
- Ability to do technical design and documentation.
Experience & Education
- Masters/bachelor’s degree with minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & operations.
- 12 - 15 years of experience with infrastructure architecture design, implementation, and support
- 8+ years of strong infrastructure solutions architecture in large corporations.
- 12+ years of experience with designing and implementing IT infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage, networking, cloud, and virtualization. You should be able to design, document and implement infrastructure solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- 12+ years working hands on as an infrastructure technical engineer.
- Strong understanding of cloud, automation, networking and SIEM tools.
- Awareness of cybersecurity tools and best practices, with experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., PCI-DSS compliant organizations).
