Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their maintenance requirements, workflows, and challenges. Translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Design and Configure HxGN EAM to meet business requirements.

• Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes.

• Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with HxGN EAM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.

• Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of EAM and external systems.

• Work independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a program

Technical Skills:

• Must Have Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects

• Must Have Experience in implementing at least three End to End Implementation Project and at least one SaaS Implementation.

• Must Have Minimum one EAM Migration Project.

• Must Have 2+ years of hands on experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems (at least one of the following systems (EAM Web Services, GIS, Databridge Integration).

• Must Have 5+ years of experience in designing Flex Business Rules

• Good to Have Experience in Extensibility Framework based custom development. and Knowledge of JavaScript and Python Language programming will be preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support design and communication of risk policies and procedures across business
• Conduct RCSA and control testing for relevant departments
• Support on delivering on-going program of Thematic Reviews of processes and business areas.
• Support the function on tracking and evaluating root cause, as well as overseeing remedial action for Operational Risk Events & Issues
• Monitoring of ongoing Key Risk Indicators, actions recorded on Risk Events and Issues

Chevron is seeking candidates experienced in managing and implementing SAP S4Hana Enterprise Asset Management and/or related extensions (like Utopia) to join our ERP scrum teams. • Experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and integrations with SAP modules (e.g. MM, FI, CO etc)

• Knowledge of ITIL based management practices, Agile Methodology.

• Familiarity with SAP Work Manager, SAP Asset Manager

• Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience on SAP S4Hana in application operations support and/or project implementation within the Enterprise Asset Management function OR SAP S4Hana, Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP EAM Extensions (e.g. Utopia) in application operations support and/or project implementation
