**Key Responsibilities**
+ Executive Communication Decks:Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations and visual reports for senior leadership, focusing on technical deliveries, productivity metrics, and strategic initiatives from ENGINE.
+ Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including technical, business, and consulting stakeholders-to gather insights, align messaging, and deliver clear, actionable communications.
+ Content Management:Build and maintain a repository of executive communication decks, templates, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency in executive communications.
+ Strategic Initiative Support:Design, plan, and facilitate key strategic meetings and enterprise performance initiatives, tracking progress and reporting outcomes to senior executives.
+ Productivity & Technical Reporting:Develop dashboards and KPIs to communicate ENGINE's productivity and technical delivery data, leveraging advanced data visualization tools.
**Qualifications & Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering (required); advanced degree in management and/or consulting experience particularly in energy industry is preferred.
+ 3-5 years in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or business operations, ideally with exposure to top consulting firms or capability centers.
+ Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva, Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for translating technical content into executive-level narratives.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
